Vegetable glycerin is also a common ingredient found in skincare products. You're going to put 1/2 a cup of it in with the honey and ginger. 

Lastly, add 2 tablespoons of castile soap into the mix and stir it. Once all the ingredients are nice and combined, pour it into a container and use it as needed.

Eggs are an essential part of any balanced breakfast. They're also good for your skin. In fact, they're so good for your skin that they're found in a handful of beauty products. 

Eggs are a rich source of lutein and zeaxanthin. These are two antioxidants that can protect your skin from UV rays.

Eggs also contain selenium. Selenium is a mineral that will leave you with glowing, younger-looking skin. 

4. Salmon
